Beautiful
pair of handcrafted Natural Peridot Gemstone earrings with light to
medium green Olivine colors. No Treatments known. Beautiful Green hues.
The hardness is rated at 6.5-7 so care must be taken and not suggested
for everyday use to the hardness factors. Other than that it's a rather
durable gemstone. The General Rule is any gemstone rated at 7 or above
is good for everyday wear. This does not mean that you cannot wear less
harder stones, but you must be careful as it is more subject to damage.
No Special care is required.
Clean
with a soft tooth brush and a mild dish detergent that do not contain
bleaches (Blue Dawn recommended) and polish. You should be fine. If you
need a more through cleaning, try not to touch the stones with with
tarnish removers.
