Ring Specifications metals used. These are exact. Remember there are approximately 28 Grams to an ounce so this is not a heavy ring. About 1/10 of an ounce to be more specific.

Size 7 US: 2.47 Grams
Size 9 US: 2.68 Grams
A Size 9 1/2 US: 2.67 Grams
B Size 9 1/2 US: 2.72 Grams

There is a difference in the gram weight for Size 9 1/2 as shown above but not noticeable to the human eye. We don't allow cherry picking as our inventory doesn't note the gram weights. As such we cannot guarantee which one you will get; except for the size.

As you can see from the photos, this is not a large ring and the ones you see are the ones for sale. We do not use Stock Photos. That would not make it unique?

The Ring is approximately 3.25mm Width which is known as a D-Band or D-Shaped band because the end looks like a D. Some widths can vary due to construction etc. This of course means there is a slight dome on it. It is not considered a comfort-fit band but it is very comfortable to wear and quite popular. In comparison to size, it's about 1/4" Wide. Remember 25.40mm to 1 inch.

The ring is not hallmarked (stamped .925 or otherwise). We may hallmark products later but have yet to do so. Even so we guarantee this is not plated Silver or any brass metal underlying etc and our metals are bought "strictly" from reputable US Manufacturers.

All sizes and weights are approximate.

For all items we make, we add Renaissance Wax to all finished Jewelry, to protect it. Commonly used by Museums to protect valuable artwork and jewelry. This gives it more of a luster than a really high gloss sheen but ends up in protecting the product for quite a while. We use it on our own jewelry as well. We do not sell it but other etsy sellers do; as well as Borax Flux and other products we may use in construction.

As with the most popular Jeweler's Insurance agency, Jeweler's Mutual, we recommend the same care for most stones and your jewelry. Use warm water, a soft tooth brush, and a mild dish detergent that do not contain dying or bleaching agents (Blue Dawn recommended) and then polish up. For a more through cleaning take to a qualified jeweler and disclose any known treatments etc. that your gemstones may have. If you Tarnish Removers, try to be careful to not get it on your gemstones.

Note on Tarnish Removers: Personally we do not use this on our Jewelry or otherwise unless it is a must do matter. What we see is that it will not take long after to Tarnish in doing so. If you really need a good cleaning, it's highly suggested that you take it to a local shop to polish it back up and possibly buy some of that Wax noted above. It really does work well for your Jewelry and a small container will last a very very long time (a little bit/ emphasis on the little) goes a very very long ways.

Much like Using ZAM when polishing for stones such as Turquoise; if you take care of them and use logical protectors and not something like Tarnish Removers that may not work as you intended, then you'll be a happy camper for a long time. Just our piece of mind; though some may swear by the Removers, we avoid them like the plague. Most times of course.
