We only ship to US addresses. You must arrange for a forwarding box to have items shipped to you.
Contact BC Business Services Inc. an associated company who may work with with you to set up a forwarding address and deal with any customs issues. Not Just Stones does not ship out of the US or it's territories.

If you are interested in setting up Mail Forwarding Services, for mail and items that you order from the United States or otherwise; contact BCBSINC@ProtonMail.com (BC Business Services Inc) who is an accounting related business firm; that can assist with this matter. They can provide you with a US Based Address and take care of shipping products for you; including Scanning mail and otherwise that may be received on your behalf. They are the only ones we recommend; have been in business for 27+ years and Currently they have clients in various countries and maintain Not Just Stones website as well as taking care of necessary accounting.

Please let them know your requirements when you contact them. And they will take care of any logistics to get your products to you. Like others; they will charge fees of course. They utilize Proton Mail a secure email based in Switzerland. Your information is safe with them.

In all cases where Not Just Stones is sending a parcel to an international location, it may become necessary to use couriers or other methods to ensure safe delivery of your products. Keep in mind that it may be expensive to do so, such as using services likes brinks, couriers, and otherwise.


Security Protocols
Shipping to a Customer and Customer Returns to Not Just Stones
To avoid rifling, theft or otherwise, Not Just Stones may send a package from the name of NJS, or any other name, and will not give any indication, on the outside of the parcel, that would disclose the contents of the package. Such as sending it from the name of Not Just Stones.

Not Just Stones may also take other precautions to ensure safe delivery of the parcel to a customer. The outside name on the package may be in the name of Manager, Manager NJS or otherwise. A better and more secure shipment method may be chosen; etc.

Shipping Policies
Fraud Prevention and General Information – US Customer Addresses Including APO FPO DPO and US Territories not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands
For the prevention of fraud, for first time buyers, or in any situation that we determine, we may require that you provide documents to establish identify before shipments are dispatched. At any time, we may request verification documents from customers, if we believe there is an issue according to our internal procedures. A failure to comply with reasonable requests, may result in delay or cancellation of orders and the prevention of any orders that may be placed in the future.

Parcel Refused by Customer
After Shipment has occurred or Returned non-deliverable as Addressed
Once a parcel leaves our location, Refusing a Shipment, or having it returned as non-deliverable, through no fault of our own, will be treated as a refused or non-deliverable shipment upon return.

Once we receive the parcel back, we will restock the item, and levy $50.00 on each order. Other Return Item Fees noted by our Returns Policy, may also apply. To avoid fees, please make double sure, your shipping address is correct. Once we process such a Return, we will issue a refund to the customer according to our Refund methods noted in our Policies. This will be after deducting necessary fees.

Once items are re-listed, the Customer in such case, will need to go through the entire ordering process again. We are not responsible for matters though no fault of our own and cannot guarantee another customer will not have purchased a product once the customer is ready to re-order.

For the purpose of this section, fees will be deducted before any refunds (fees applicable under our Returns Policy), exchanges, or otherwise are processed by Not Just Stones. Then the Order Fee will be deducted.

Example: Total Order Cost that was non-deliverable or refused: $350.00 (less Shipping or Insurance fees we paid out of our pocket): -$35.00 = $315.00; less $50.00 (Refused or non-deliverable Fee for the parcel) for a final refund price of $265.00.

To the interest of all parties involved; we may at our discretion waive any refused or non-deliverable fees; as well as other fees that our polices may note.

Shipping Policies
Lost, Confiscated, Rifled or damaged products

Once products leave our location and are accepted by the shipper, we are not responsible for shipping problems, including delayed, lost, confiscated, stolen, rifled, damaged, mutilated, or otherwise to products sent to any destination. For problems with products sent to you, you will need to take it up with the carrier to file a claim. See: Shipping Policies Liability and claims.

Payment Holds to Not Just Stones, by Paypal, Amazon, Credit Card Companies, or others
If we receive a Payment hold for a purchase to our account from any source, including Paypal, Amazon, or otherwise, for Credit and Debit Card payments, Checks payments, or otherwise, we reserve the right to not ship, nor start production on any products, made to order, custom made or otherwise, until holds are released.

Except in the case of Checks which automatically delay payment to our account, in all cases, it is up to the Buyer to ensure that Paypal, or others, releases the hold to ensure that your products can enter the production or shipping stages.

Keep in mind that paying by Check with Paypal or others will delay production and shipping until the funds are cleared to our account.

In cases where payment holds become an issue; where we cannot resolve them, or the customer cannot, we may, at our discretion cancel orders and Refund a payment Source. In doing so we may deduct any fees we cannot recoup when we cancellation occurs.

Fees may include but are not limited to Currency Conversion or other fees levied on the payment hold, not limited to Credit and Debit Card, Paypal, Amazon, or other payment providers.

Example 1: Customer purchased a Diamond for $500.00 USD and they live in Pakistan. The Customer paid through Paypal with a Credit Card. As a result of the transactions, Paypal decides to place a hold on us for the Total payment of $500.00 USD. Noting that a Hold will removed after we can ship the product which in such case is coming from a Merchant (Not Just Stones in such case does not own the product at the time).

We note the issue to the Customer that the transaction is placed on hold. And ask the Customer to request Paypal remove the hold. Paypal declines. In this case, the hold will not be removed on the funds until we ship the Product. We tell the customer that we are going to cancel the order.

We decide to cancel the order, and refund the customer. In doing so, Paypal Policies note that they will not refund Currency Conversion fees on this order which in the example case is $25.00. As such, we refund the customer the Original Order Amount of $500.00 USD, less the Currency Conversion fee $25.00 for a total refund of $475.00.

Any fees that we cannot recoup on the Original Order will not be refundable upon order cancellations whether initiated by Customers or by Not Just Stones. We may at our discretion, and for the sake of all parties, refund the total amount including any fees that we may not be able to recoup.

It is up to the customer to ensure that Funds are released to us. This is necessary to cover matters, such as shipping costs, insurance, and production fees.

In cases where the product is already in stock, we may at our discretion ship the product at our expense, pending release of the guaranteed funds.

Estimating Delivery Times - All Customers

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear but are an estimate only based on the shipping service.  We cannot guarantee shipping times beyond that.

Shipping Policies
Delays due to Custom Made, Made to Order and other products

Please make note of any shipping delays for products sold as Custom Made, Made to Order, or otherwise on the product pages. These times are approximations, based on similar items under production. These times are in addition to the time it takes to ship to your location.

We estimate times based on manufacturing and will update customers for any delays that may be created or beyond our control. In many cases, products will be ready to ship before the time noted on the product pages. This can of course vary by materials and otherwise. In such cases, where it comes to such products, we ask that you have patience and will keep you apprised of any delays; should they occur. Once again, they are estimates based on similar manufacturing times and not always a guarantee. We trust your understanding.

Shipping Policies
Liability and Claims

All carriers are responsible and liable for damages that occur during transit. For this reason, it is strongly suggested you insure your products when given the option to do so. Follow these instructions carefully:

 

  • Do not sign a freight bill or receipt without making a notation on the freight bill.

  • Retain all packing material and shipping cartons until a carrier has made an inspection.

  • File a claim directly with the carrier within 15 days. We cannotfile claims for you.

 

Once parcels are accepted by a shipper, Not Just Stones is not responsible for lost, theft, damage, misplacement, rifling or otherwise not listed, of any order or product, once a shipper takes possession of a customers order. For this reason, we suggest you insure your products. All products have the option to choose insurance in the product description.

In cases where you have the option to insure a product, but it does not cover the full cost of the shipment insurance for that product, with the carrier chosen, we will make up the difference.  This only applies if you have insured the product which we are making up the difference for.  It does not apply to products that you declined to insure.

If you do not insure a product, or all products in an order, we are not responsible for any claims for monetary or other differences for items that you chose to not insure.  And in such case, claims may be limited by the shipper minimum which in most cases is less than $200.00 for domestic shipments.

We may at our convenience (but are not under obligation to do so) insure an order or any part thereof at our expense. If a product is returned that was insured by us, or we paid any portion of the insurance or other fees, including shipping, or other charges, we may deduct these fees from any returns.

Not Just Stones will work with Customers to determine the best route to resolve the problem for filing necessary claim and assisting the customer where possible in doing so.

Not Just Stones will work with you and the carrier as much as we can, but we cannot control nor guarantee the outcome of such matters once a product has left our location. And in all cases, we expect and fully appreciate cooperation from customers to professionally resolve issues.

In cases where you have chosen to insure an order or products in an other, and the carrier cannot insure the order for the full cost, we will contact you and let you know your options.
